Mike Griggs is the Owner and Chairman of IvyTek. A member of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians, Mike brings 25+ years in lending software—spanning alternative lending, retail financing, student lending, nonprofits, and CDFIs. He co-created IvyTek Finance, an end-to-end loan management system on Salesforce, and has guided implementations for clients ranging from global microlenders to city EDCs. As Chair, Mike focuses on product vision, delivery excellence, and client success.
Sandra (Sandy) Griggs

Sandy leads IvyTek’s day-to-day client experience—from implementation through ongoing support—helping lenders break down silos and increase profitability with technology. With 20+ years building durable relationships across education, technology, and financial services, she orchestrates smooth go-lives and keeps customers successful long after launch. Her focus: clear communication, reliable delivery, and measurable outcomes for every portfolio IvyTek supports.

Parul Patel is the CEO of IvyTek, where they translate strategy into outcomes for lenders and the communities they serve. A growth leader who has built $80M+ businesses, Parul has led enterprise digital transformations and coached 5–100+ person teams to deliver at pace. A trusted advisor to CEOs, CTOs, and CDOs, Parul is committed to inclusive leadership and community impact, supporting organizations such as SCORE, Chief, Dress for Success, UPWARD, and the Alliance for Fertility Preservation.
John Morales
Director of Technical and Solution Architecture
John has boots-on-the-ground experience in most IT disciplines, including systems and networking, software development and technical support services. At IvyTek, John is focused on transformation to increase the quality and efficiency of all our deliverables. Collaborating with clients, non-profit leadership, and our own team, John seeks to deliver highly efficient services and transform the way IT brings about change.
Alex Vinson
Lead Developer
Alex Vinson has worked in the software industry for 7 years, gaining experience in IT, Salesforce platform, and SQL database. As a seasoned Software Developer, he is passionate about finding solutions that meet client needs. While coding is his primary job function by day, Alex also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
