As the Director of Client Services at IvyTek, she leads the day-to-day client experience and customer lifecycle. From implementations to support, Sandy leverages over 20 years of relationship building expertise to help IvyTek exceed their customer’s expectations.

Alex Vinson has worked in the software industry for 7 years, gaining experience in IT, Salesforce platform, and SQL database. As a seasoned Software Developer, he is passionate about finding solutions that meet client needs. While coding is his primary job function by day, Alex also enjoys spending time with family and friends.

John has boots-on-the-ground experience in most IT disciplines, including systems and networking, software development and technical support services.
